David Burrow currently serves as the Director of the Office of Scientific Investigations (OSI), within the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Drug Evaluation and Research (CDER), Office of Compliance (OC). In this role, he is responsible for the strategic administration of CDER’s Good Clinical Practice, Human Subject Protection, and Pharmacovigilance compliance programs – including all administrative, advisory, and enforcement actions taken by the office.
