Ryan is the Chief Operating Officer for the ConvergeHEALTH business unit and leads portfolio strategy for Life Sciences. In this role, he focuses on creating improved customer experiences and patient outcomes by leveraging data across the commercial ecosystem to gain insights into business critical questions. His experiences include the scoping, design, and delivery of global analytics, digital and cloud technology programs across real world data (RWD), CRM, MDM, patient services, multi-channel marketing and HCP transparency.
