Michelle Kissner is an accomplished innovator & leader in medical publications at Pfizer & is responsible for overseeing multiple publication agency partners & operational aspects of cross-functional publication teams to ensure successful development/implementation of comprehensive&scientifically rigorous publication plans. She is a co-chair of the ISMPP Social Media Web Based Metrics Working group. She has presented at ISMPP & DIA & is a published author. She holds a PharmD & has considerable experience in pubs management, medical communications & MI. Finally, she has achieved a CI yellow belt (Six Sigma Recipient) for implementation of an automated literature search database for pub planning resulting in cost savings & released capacity.
