Nicole is responsible for leading and executing the Data Science strategy for clinical trial feasibility and analytical process optimization at Janssen. Prior to this role, Nicole served as the Immunology Global Therapeutic Area Head in the Feasibility Center of Excellence. Prior to joining Janssen, Nicole held roles of increasing responsibility within the feasibility, patient strategy, and study planning areas, ultimately leading feasibility teams at three of the top 10 Clinical Research Organizations. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from North Carolina State University and her MBA from Elon University.
