Sandra Gallagher has over 13 years of experience in early and late stage drug development. She is currently a portfolio and program manager developing global clinical strategies on cross-functional teams and managing alliances. Ms. Gallagher received her M.S. degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore and has an extensive background in research and development. Most recently she is working to establish the PMO organization at a small-biotech company, Viela Bio.
